Mr. Landolphi is a Managing Director and one of the founding members of GSP. He has worked on a variety of M&A, debt, equity and advisory transactions for a multitude of sports clients including AS Roma, Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Bobcats, Florida Panthers, Golden State Warriors, Indiana Pacers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Memphis Grizzlies, New York Mets, Palace Sports & Entertainment, Phoenix Coyotes, Phoenix Suns, San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Blues, Tampa Bay Lightning, and The Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles Angels and Anaheim Ducks). Mr. Landolphi has also worked on a number of private, unannounced sports transactions as well as arbitration disputes for numerous professional sports franchises.
Prior to GSP, Mr. Landolphi was a Senior Vice President in the Sports Advisory and Finance Group at Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2005. Before joining Lehman Brothers, he was a Vice President in the Sports Advisory Group at SG Cowen from 1999 to 2001. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Landolphi was employed by Credit Suisse First Boston as a Vice President in Mortgage-Backed Securities Trading. Mr. Landolphi joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1988 as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Landolphi holds a B.A. with Distinction in Economics from The University of Virginia where he was an Echols Scholar and inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
